OVERVIEW

This service, including the PineConnector product, website, and all associated tools and platforms, is operated by Nautilion Private Limited, which owns and manages PineConnector. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nautilion Private Limited. Nautilion Private Limited offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By creating an account, using PineConnector EA, PineConnector Echo, PineConnector Portal, PineConnector Edge, or any part of the Service, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website, PineConnector EA, Echo, Edge, or Portal. By accessing or using any part of PineConnector’s services or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, PineConnector Portal, or use any services.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS

  • Service: Refers to any product, feature, or functionality provided by PineConnector, including PineConnector EA, PineConnector Echo, PineConnector Portal, and PineConnector Edge.
  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • PineConnector EA: Our Expert Advisor that facilitates automated trading between TradingView and MetaTrader platforms.
  • PineConnector Echo: A Google Chrome extension enabling manual buy/sell actions on TradingView, which are reflected in MetaTrader through PineConnector.
  • PineConnector Portal: The user interface where clients can view their licenses, manage subscriptions, view signals, and perform other administrative tasks. By accessing the Portal, users fully accept these Terms.
  • PineConnector Edge: A managed hosting service on which PineConnector provisions and operates, on the User’s behalf, one or more dedicated cloud Instances running the User’s MetaTrader terminal and PineConnector software, connected to the User’s own brokerage account(s).
  • Instance: A dedicated, single-User cloud environment provisioned as part of PineConnector Edge.
  • MetaQuotes EULA: The End-User License Agreement of MetaQuotes Ltd governing the User’s use of MetaTrader software.
  • PineConnector Pulse: A public research publication by PineConnector presenting aggregated, de-identified statistics about automated trading activity observed across the Service.

SECTION 2 - RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRADING

By using PineConnector, you declare that you are aware of and accept the risks associated with trading in financial markets. Trading in financial markets can result in substantial losses, including your initial investment. PineConnector does not provide financial advice. Users acknowledge that PineConnector is not liable for losses, trading opportunities foregone, system errors, or any downtime. PineConnector does not compensate or insure such losses.

Third-Party Dependencies

PineConnector relies on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Azure for cloud and backend services, brokers chosen by the user/client, MetaTrader, and TradingView, to provide its services. PineConnector is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or limitations resulting from these platforms, including changes to the licensing terms, distribution, or availability of third-party software (including MetaTrader). You acknowledge that any issues or delays caused by third-party platforms are beyond PineConnector’s control and accept full responsibility for any resulting risks or losses.

SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the site. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any copyright laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfers. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

SECTION 5 - PINECONNECTOR ECHO

PineConnector Echo tracks user actions for facilitating the TradingView to MetaTrader integration. By using PineConnector Echo, you consent to the tracking of actions like types and timing of trades, and other relevant activities for improving service functionality. All data collected is used to optimize performance and improve user experience.

SECTION 6 - PINECONNECTOR EDGE

6.1 Scope of the Edge Service

PineConnector Edge consists of: (i) cloud hosting infrastructure; (ii) orchestration, monitoring, and management software owned by PineConnector; and (iii) PineConnector EA and related PineConnector software licensed to you under these Terms. PineConnector Edge does not include a license to MetaTrader. MetaTrader 4/5 is third-party software licensed to you directly by MetaQuotes Ltd under the MetaQuotes EULA, which you must review and accept during Edge setup before your Instance is activated. MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd. PineConnector and Nautilion Private Limited are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a distributor of MetaQuotes Ltd.

6.2 Your Third-Party Licenses

You represent and warrant that, at all times while using Edge, you hold and comply with: (i) the MetaQuotes EULA in respect of each MetaTrader terminal running on your Instance(s); (ii) a valid account agreement with your chosen brokerage; and (iii) any applicable TradingView terms of service. PineConnector may suspend an Instance if any of these agreements is terminated, suspended, or breached.

6.3 Appointment as Technical Agent

You appoint PineConnector as your technical agent solely to download (from official distribution sources), install, configure, operate, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot your Instance and the software running on it, on your behalf. PineConnector acts only on the standing instructions you configure through the Service. PineConnector exercises no discretion over your trading decisions, does not originate trading signals, and does not decide whether, when, or what to trade.

6.4 Exclusive Use

Each Instance is provisioned for your exclusive use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or provide third parties with access to your Instance, or use Edge to operate trading, signal, or account-management services for third parties, without our express written permission.

6.5 Broker Credentials

Operating your Instance requires your brokerage account credentials. You authorize PineConnector to store and use these credentials solely as necessary to operate your Instance. Credentials are stored in encrypted form and will not be used for any other purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for promptly updating them if they are changed or compromised.

6.6 Execution and Service Disclaimer

Edge executes only the signals and settings you configure. PineConnector is a software and infrastructure provider — not a broker, asset manager, or financial adviser. PineConnector does not guarantee execution, uptime, latency, or the outcome of any order. All disclaimers and limitations in Sections 2 and 13 apply fully to Edge, including losses arising from Instance downtime, delayed or failed execution, terminal or broker behavior, or maintenance.

6.7 Maintenance and Updates

Instances may receive updates to PineConnector software and to third-party software (including updates required by third-party software providers), as well as scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but maintenance and updates may briefly interrupt the operation of your Instance.

6.8 Suspension, Termination, and Open Positions

PineConnector may suspend an Instance where reasonably required for security, maintenance, suspected breach of these Terms, or the termination or breach of any third-party license described in Section 6.2. When an Edge subscription ends for any reason (expiry, cancellation, or termination), PineConnector reserves the right to stop the associated Instance(s) at any time from seven (7) days after the end of the subscription. Stopping an Instance does not close open positions or cancel pending orders on your brokerage account. Open positions and pending orders remain live with your broker, and you are solely responsible for monitoring and managing them directly through your broker or another terminal. We strongly recommend closing all open positions and cancelling pending orders before your subscription ends.

6.9 Eligibility

By subscribing to PineConnector Edge, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where your use of Edge would violate applicable law or regulation.

SECTION 7 - PINECONNECTOR PULSE AND AGGREGATED DATA

7.1 Aggregated and De-Identified Data

You agree that PineConnector may create aggregated and de-identified data from information collected through the Service (including usage, signal, and configuration metadata) and may use and publish such data for any lawful purpose, including research publications such as PineConnector Pulse, provided that such data does not identify you and cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your individual trading activity.

7.2 Publication Commitments

PineConnector Pulse never publishes individual user data, raw alert or signal content, user strategy logic, account balances, position sizes, or user-level trading performance. Published statistics are aggregated across many users and presented in accordance with the methodology described on the Pulse methodology page, which may be updated from time to time.

7.3 Pulse Content Disclaimer

PineConnector Pulse reports observed, aggregated behavior across the PineConnector network. Pulse content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute trading signals, market predictions, or financial, investment, or trading advice, and must not be relied upon for making trading decisions. Section 11 applies to all Pulse content.

SECTION 8 - PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

By using the Service, including PineConnector EA, Echo, Edge, and Portal, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and billing information. Subscription fees are billed automatically based on the subscription plan selected. Fees for PineConnector Edge are billed according to the selected subscription plan, which determines the number of Instances included.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You will be charged for the next billing cycle on the renewal date using the payment method provided. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following period.

Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. PineConnector does not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused portions of the Service. Any refund provided as an act of goodwill may incur administrative fees, usually to cover bank charges incurred in the process of payment. These fees are not for profit-making purposes, and we aim to be as fair as possible.

SECTION 9 - DATA COLLECTION AND USE

We collect information during sign-up to ensure fair promotions and trial use. This data is stored securely and used for the purposes described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy, including the creation of aggregated and de-identified data as described in Section 7. SECTION 10 - DEVICE ID COLLECTION

When you sign up for our services, we may capture your device ID to address potential trial abuse. This information helps us maintain the integrity of our trial offers and ensures that our promotions are used fairly. The device ID will be stored securely and used solely for this purpose.

SECTION 11 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if the information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The content on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon for making trading decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or current sources. Any use of the information on this site is at your own risk.

SECTION 12 - FORCE MAJEURE

Nautilion Private Limited will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, government actions, or service interruptions from third-party platforms.

SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PineConnector does not guarantee that the use of its Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, either express or implied.

Comprehensive Waiver of Liability

Nautilion Private Limited and PineConnector will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including financial losses, lost trading opportunities, downtime, or errors in transmission. This waiver applies to all claims, including but not limited to claims for trading mistakes, interruptions in service, third-party failures, or system errors. Users are fully responsible for their trading actions and any resulting consequences.

SECTION 14 - USER RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring the security of your login credentials. You agree to immediately notify PineConnector of any unauthorized access or breach of security related to your account.

SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Violating intellectual property rights.
  • Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against others.
  • Uploading malicious code or spam.
  • Engaging in illegal trading activities or violating financial regulations.
  • Reselling, sharing, or providing third-party access to a PineConnector Edge Instance, or using the Service to operate trading, signal, or account-management services for third parties, without our express written permission.

PineConnector reserves the right to terminate access to its Services for any prohibited use.

SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nautilion Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 17 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available through our Service may include links to third-party websites. Nautilion Private Limited is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and will not be liable for any damages arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review third-party policies before engaging with their content.

SECTION 18 - TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. Nautilion Private Limited may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You are liable for all charges incurred up to the date of termination. For PineConnector Edge subscriptions, termination is additionally governed by Section 6.8, including the treatment of open positions.

SECTION 19 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

SECTION 20 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Singapore, administered in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force. The costs of arbitration shall be allocated between the parties as determined by the arbitrator in accordance with the SIAC Rules.

SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
